Becoming a virtual tenant at Penstraze allows you to use our address as your own.  We have a dedicated meeting room within the Business Centre, where you and your guests can access the wireless internet connection.  We have three options for you to manage your address and the delivery of your post and recorded deliveries;

This option allows you to use our address for a website, you can receive up to four items of post in the first month of your agreement with us. This allows for those items of post that people generally get when first starting their business, HMRC, Google etc.

If regular post is received after the first month we would ask you to upgrade your service.

Post Collect

This package is aimed at businesses whose employees live within a commutable distance to Penstraze and who intend to collect the post.

All mail delivered to Penstraze will be stored for you in our dedicated Post Shelter. You will have 24 hour access to the post shelter so you can collect your post at your convenience.

We are here to sign for any special postal deliveries or for items delivered by courier. We will notify you by email of any post that has arrived allowing you to plan for when you will collect your post from Penstraze.

This package is for businesses that prefer not to, or that are unable to, collect post from Penstraze.

You will be notified by email of any packages or recorded deliveries that we sign for, these can be collected or forwarded on to you.

All forwarding of hard copies of mail/deliveries will be charged monthly at cost.
